Jeff was born in Fort Myers and raised in Charlotte Country. He graduated from Charlotte High School in 1981 and was the first Vo-Tech graduate in 1982. Jeff opened his business in May of 1989, at 25 years old. He is an ASE Certified Master Technician and has been since 1983. Jeff is a proud member of the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association, as well as, Florida Independent Automobile Dealers Association. Charlotte County has shaped not only Jeff but also his family. This created his vision for his company, "We treat you like family, like it or not."

Fay Roughton - Owner

Fay was born in Tampa and raised in Charlotte Country. She graduated from Charlotte High School in 1983. Fay opened Jeff's Auto alongside her husband and high school sweetheart. While Jeff was diligently setting up his service facility, Fay acquired all the licensure and took on the day to day tasks of running a business in 1989. Fay and Jeff give monetary donations to the local high schools, as well as youth sports teams, furthering their ability to build character in the children in our area. They also donate to the American Cancer Society, St. Jude's, Shriners, Hospice House, The Ronald McDonald House, March of Dimes, the USO, and many more.

Amanda Crews - Sales & Finance Manager

Amanda was born and raised in Port Charlotte. She graduated from Port Charlotte High School in 2011 and obtained her bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida in 2014. She returned to her hometown in 2015 to fulfill her lifelong ambition of becoming a legacy dealer. Her love for cars started at a very young age, always taking apart sterring wheel columns and doors in Jeff's lap. Upon returning to the dealership, Amanda completed a certificate for Automotoive Finance Management and became ASE Certified. She spends most of her time buying, selling, financing vehicles and attending FIADA conferences for the business.
